The First Steps Baby Expo was founded in 2008, in Central Minnesota, and our first event was held in April, 2009. The baby expo was born out of an epiphany, by our founder, while attending a bridal show with a friend. She was expecting, and while looking around at all the fuss surrounding planning a wedding – no doubt, a monumental event, in a person’s life, she asked silently, “why isn’t anyone talking to me?”
After 10 years of a live, in-person expo, we are going virtual for 2020! Our baby expo will offer entertainment, knowledge, prizes and more. Put on your comfy pants and put your feet up! Enjoy your day from the comfort and safety of your home.
The virtual First Steps Baby Expo will be a one-day event featuring incredible brands and services, educators and of course numerous giveaways. Just like the in-person expos virtual attendees will have the chance to connect with vendors who have products and services they wish to know more about or purchase, as well as gain education through virtual seminars.
HOW IT WORKS
On Saturday April 17th, your favorite brands, baby experts and First Steps Baby Expo team will go live in a private Facebook Group to connect personally with virtual attendees. There will be games, presenters, story time, entertainment and giveaways.
Each presenter will host a LIVE Facebook segment about their products and or services, then they’ll provide a key word for you to enter into their prize giveaway! Each Live presenters prize will be valued at $50 or more. Winners will be announced at the end of the show during the virtual Baby Shower event.
TICKETS ARE JUST $10
Your ticket provides access to a private Facebook group, Exhibitor booths, and an entry into the virtual Baby Shower that will take place Live on the private Facebook page on Saturday, April 17th at 4:00p.m. Winners prizes will be shipped directly to their homes.
